Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims submitted without proper support documents will not be eligible for reshipment. Typhoon 501 reserves the right to limit replacements.
Typhoon 501 is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
- Provides an incorrect or outdated address.
- The recipient from you is out of town or inaccessible.
- Not responding to the delivery person when requested.
Returned requests or require forwarding due to incorrect addresses or failure to respond to the delivery person will be subject to additional charges for re-shipping and re-addressing by the carrier or any of the above.
Return, Refund and Payment Terms
- By using this service, the customer accepts the privacy policy, terms and conditions, and the return and refund policy. Please note that any product purchased from this website cannot be returned.
